Supervision Success

is a comprehensive experiential training program for all levels of leader.  This interactive and inspiring course is designed to unlock supervisory potential to successfully engage staff to accomplish the highest priority goals.  The course includes two live sessions and four virtual coaching sessions to develop skill at communicating with different working styles and engaging high performing teams while applying business solutions in real time. Whether you have been newly promoted, or  a supervisor for years, this interactive course will unlock your potential to inspire and engage your staff.

Preventing Sexual Harassment and Discrimination 

Fully compliant with California AB 1825, this course will ensure that your supervisory staff understand the breath of issues related to managing diversity in the workplace, specifically addressing the prevention of abusive conduct, sexual harassment and discrimination.  At the end of successful completion in the course, proof of attendance and a certification of completion will be provide.

Train The Trainer Bootcamp

Training the Trainer Bootcamp is designed to equip the Human Resource Professional, Program Manager, Consultant or anyone needing to deliver high impact training the knowledge, skill, and confidence to design and facilitate training programs that engage adult learners.  The course is taught in four live sessions, five virtual action learning sessions, including one individual coaching session with Master Trainer Kathy Marcove. At the end of the program you will have designed and initiated a comprehensive training plan.
