Meet Jeff and Kathy Marcove, the inspiring husband-and-wife team behind Marcove Executive Training. Their own business success mirrors what they teach; Kathy and Jeff bring the same spirit of trust, respect, connection and good humor to their team-building programs as they do to their relationship. Both have traveled extensively to over 50 countries, including two years in Papua New Guinea as Peace Corps Volunteers. Their passion for life and genuine caring for people shine through in everything they do.
Kathy Marcove
Kathy is a professional facilitator and master trainer with 20 years experience in team building, management training and meeting facilitation, teaching business at the college level and servicing the business community as an independent management and training consultant. She earned an undergraduate degree in political science, completed graduate work in human resources development and holds a master's degree in international and intercultural management.
Jeff Marcove
Jeff is a classically trained chef. Following an undergraduate degree in international relations in Switzerland and work in the field of international development, Jeff returned to his passion for food and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, where he earned the Wine Spectator Award in 1997. As executive chef and owner of the Two Toques Catering Company, he specializes in winemaker dinners and private parties throughout the Paso Robles wine region. Jeff teaches classes in the culinary arts and loves to prepare a wide variety of international and ethnic cuisines for clients.
